Annie Routley studied music at Exeter University. She moved from the West Country to Birmingham in 1979 to work for the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, and then the International Nepal Fellowship before joinig Roger at CMM full-time in 1994.

Annie came to CMM with a wide range of experience playing viola, keyboards and singing with Christian groups at conferences, and on radio and television. She assists Roger in his itinerant ministry with special emphasis on music groups and Musical-in-a-Day events.

Annie writes orchestral parts for all Roger's musicals, and loves encouraging choirs and instrumentalists of all abilities.
