We are very happy to announce the long awaited digital release of Tell me the stories if Jesus. This is a collection of 12 songs with a focus on children and young people.
Originally released in 1984 on record LP and cassette, many of the singers and musicians from the Greater Than Gold recording(1983) feature, along with the producer, Dave Anfield.
These were BRAND NEW recordings made at the time especially for this collection, apart from two tracks taken from Greater Than Gold. They do not feature on any other CMM album and this is the first time they have been available digitally.
As an example, this is a lyric video of ‘Jesus rode a donkey into town’ using the recording from this collection. Please CLICK HERE to view on YouTube. The highlight of this version is the group of young singers taking the lead. This same group appear on almost all the other songs making it more appealing to children and young people. This could be of particular interest to primary and secondary schools alongside churches.
