IMORTANT NEWS: We have had a technical issue with the payment system associated with our website for almost a month. When you order from our site you are transferred to Barclaycard to make your payment. This was mistakenly deactivated a few weeks ago, by Barclaycard’s own admission. The issue is that it is STILL deactivated. We have been trying to get this resolved for nearly two weeks now and are clearly suffering from small business vs large business syndrome. All we can do is speak to low-level customer service people who promise to get the relevant department to either deal with the issue or contact us about it. To date, neither of these have happened.
Obviously this is affecting us hugely, especially due to the time of year. We are incredibly thankful to those people who have told us they have tried to order, and we have been able to find another way to supply what they require. We can still take payment over the phone, we can take bank transfer as our main account is with Lloyds, and we can take cash if you come and see us! We can still take cheques as well if absolutely necessary…!!
Please hold us in prayer while we continue to endure this situation. We know all things are in God’s hands, so please pray that we know His presence at this unsettling time.
