10th DecemberRoger Jones interviews Hannah Atkins-Latty, singer-songwriter and a leader at Ashburnam Place in Sussex. Hannah shares of her love for Jesus in worship and faith journey, and sings some of her own songs. Then Graeme Russell returns with an hour of inspiring music and chat on the theme “It’s not Christmas!“.

3rd DecemberCiaran Thompson brings the second half of his interview with Nikki Tapper on the theme of ‘remembering’, then looking at the first Christmas – focusing on the role of angels in that story and in the story of our lives. Then Behold – what are you seeing this Christmas? Steve Robinson returns with an hour of music and chat which will inspire and challenge.

26th NovemberRoger Jones speaks to the 2021 Winner of the BBC Gospel Singer of the Year, Monique McKen. She shares about the experience of winning the competition, but more importantly, her Christian faith. Then Debra Mayo brings anther hour of lovely music and chat, with the intriguing tag line “To be honest…”

19th NovemberRoger Jones speaks to Bishop Mike Harrison, Bishop of Exeter, about his life and ministry, as well as why he is a Bolton Wanderers fan! Then Graeme Russell brings us his thoughts on the season and some uplifting music.

12th NovemberRoger Jones talks to Revd Tony Miles, Deacon Ali and Dan Forshaw at Methodist Central Hall, Westminster to talk about the 300th online service of MCHW.LIVE – includes hymns from their recent CD. Then Steve Robinson brings an hour of music and chat – with a challenge!

5th NovemberCiaran Thompson presents the theme of Remembrance. It includes his interview with Nikki Tapper. Then Annie Routley brings music and thoughts on Jesus, the Lion of Judah, and refers to CS Lewis’ Aslan.

18th October – The tables were turned as Roger Jones is interviewed on Jak Hamblett’s own show on Brumside Radio about his life and ministry.

15th OctoberRoger Jones talks with Bishop Tony Porter, former Bishop of Sherwood, England schoolboy hockey international, and Chaplain to Manchester City FC where he shares many of his experiences in Christians in Sport, and of his passion for evangelism. (New Edition) – his Pentecost musical featuring CMM soloists Devon Brown, Debra Mayo, Katie Leaver, Simon Gudger, Sharon Collins, and others. Then Graeme Russell brings us “Rambling from Pentecost to Trinity” – an hour of music and inspiring chat.

4th June – Our new presenter Ciaran Thompson is taking us through the theme of Christ’s Ascension into Heaven and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost which birthed the church 2000 years ago. Then ‘Come Alive‘ as Steve Robinson chats about how we can come alive by the power of the Holy Spirit.

28th MayDebra Mayo gets to know more about the life and journey of our newest presenter Ciaran Thompson. Then stay for another hour of Debra’s usual mix of great music and thoughts.

21st MayRoger Jones visits London School of Theology (LST) and talks to staff, students and lecturers about this most wonderful college and place of training for Christian musicians and worship. Then Graeme Russell is back with an hour of music and chat: Getting us in the frame for Worship!

7th May – The whole team of presenters celebrate 7 years of Heart & Soul with this two hour special!

23rd AprilSteve Robinson leads an Easter-special double-bill exploring some of the encounters we see Jesus has after His resurrection. We’ll be listening to music all about being open and being called to go!

16th April – First we have an hour of Easter themed music from Debra Mayo. Then we have a new presenter to Heart & Soul, Ciaran Thompson, who is taking us through the Easter story with Bible readings, reflections and music.

9th AprilMartin Purnell interviews Roger Jones about his life and faith. Roger reveals much, even how he became a Birmingham City supporter, but lots more! Then Graeme Russell says “Thank you and enjoy the worship music” – an hour of inspiring song and chat.

2nd April Roger Jones talks to Sarah Harley about her faith journey and her call to join Mercy Ships off the coast of Madagascar [repeat]. Then Steve Robinson brings an hour of his inspirational music and chat.

26th MarchAnnie Routley brings music and thoughts about Musical Instruments in the Bible. Then Debra Mayo shares an hour of chill time, with music, thoughts and prayers.

19th MarchRoger Jones repeats his 2020 lockdown interview with Jonathan Veira, which includes news of what was then his latest album.
